Rimmy Investments is property investment companybased in Limpopo Province with experience in property consulting and sales. 

Our experience extends to development of Shopping Centres, Office parks and Student Accommodation. We are venturing into social housing development. We have appointed a new experience team to lead our social housing development, with extensive expertise in construction and sales.

Research has shown us that Limpopo Province lacks much needed social housing developments as residents are in need of housing near to their place of employment. 

Our team is tasked with introducing and signing prospective clients to Home Loans and Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP). 

The FLISP programme is a housing subsidy for first time home buyers to assist with purchasing a home.

The subsidy is paid to your bank or financial institution and will reduce your monthly loan instalments, making it more affordable to buy a home. Households with an income between R3501 to R22 000 may quality for the FLISP subsidy if they meet all the criteria.

The subsidy amount depends on your income and ranges between R27 960 - R121 626.
